  • Completing necessary documentation, including time sheets and incident reports.
  • Training and mentoring team members in their respective roles.
  • Maintaining accurate records of project progress and resource usage.
  • Managing inventory and requisitioning supplies as needed.
  • Ensuring that work areas are kept in a safe and organized manner.

Essential Skills:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Physical capability to perform tasks involving climbing, lifting, and working in various weather conditions.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination for the safe operation of tools and equipment.
  • Good depth perception for accurate measurements and spatial awareness.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
  • Basic mathematical skills for calculating material requirements and project dimensions.
  • Effective communication skills for writing reports and understanding safety instructions.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and project specifications accurately.

Experience Requirements:
Candidates should have:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a journeyman Form Carpenter or in a related carpentry field.
  • At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a construction environment.
  • Knowledge of cement finishing or rebar installation is advantageous.
  • Experience working in industrial settings is preferred.
