Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Safety Compliance Coordinator to join our dynamic Safety Department at C.W. Wright Construction Company.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Traveling across our operational areas to oversee compliance-related tasks.
  • Providing on-site support and technical assistance for various tools and equipment.
  • Managing product expirations, troubleshooting, and performing necessary repairs.
  • Ordering and replacing parts as required and ensuring stock items are replenished at job sites.
  • Documenting service visits, issues, and troubleshooting actions through detailed service reports.
  • Logging and tracking maintenance activities in an electronic database for future scheduling.
  • Ensuring compliance items are maintained and do not exceed expiration dates.

Travel Requirements:
This position requires significant travel, approximately 90% of the work week, primarily from Monday to Thursday. The candidate must be available for early starts and extended hours as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven excellent driving record.
  • Experience in driving long distances while towing and maneuvering trailers.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on maintaining accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a proactive approach to responsibilities.
  • Capacity to work in varying weather conditions for extended periods.

Education & Experience:

  • Valid Driver's License; Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of experience in the Construction or Electrical fields.
  • Certifications such as OSHA 10, OSHA 30, or OSHA 510 are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience with testing live line tools and equipment is beneficial; training will be provided.
