Position Overview: The Executive Assistant will deliver high-level administrative support to multiple executives within Vertafore. Key responsibilities include:

  • Efficiently managing and organizing executive schedules, including meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Providing onsite meeting assistance as required.
  • Preparing and submitting expense reports.
  • Compiling materials for reports and presentations.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive corporate information.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage executive calendars using Microsoft Outlook.
  • Assist in the logistics of new hire interviews and onboarding processes.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Handle incoming calls and messages with professionalism.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications proficiently, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Proven experience in administrative support or coordination is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Additional Information:

  • Travel may be required up to 10% of the time.
  • Flexibility to work from home or in an office setting as needed.
