Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert installation, maintenance, and repair services for Revvity's diagnostic instruments, ensuring optimal performance at client locations.
  • Support laboratories in maintaining critical systems, including genetic screening and automated workstations.
  • Deliver timely preventative maintenance and remedial services, ensuring compliance with established performance standards.
  • Engage in business development by promoting value-added services and assisting sales teams in securing new orders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and manage inventory levels effectively.
  • Continuously enhance technical and interpersonal skills through ongoing training and certification programs.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a BS/BA degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an AS/AA degree with 7 years of experience, or a high school diploma with 9 years of experience in scientific instrumentation support. A valid driver's license is required, along with the ability to travel as needed.

Physical Requirements:
