**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide support to the CEO and Chief of Staff, ensuring uninterrupted workflow and seamless communication.
  • Manage complex calendars and travel arrangements, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

  • Facilitate executive-level meetings, take minutes, and oversee action items for timely completion and follow-up.
