We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Contact Government Services, LLC. As a key member of our Information Technology department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training to our clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Setup, monitor, and troubleshoot technical issues with web conferencing tools, including Skype for Business, WebEx, Team Meeting, and Adobe Connect.
- Train over 100 users on the use of web conferencing tools and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with Zoom, including audio/video issues and link problems.
- Set up and monitor WebEx training sessions and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams on the use of web conferencing tools.
- 4+ years of experience in technical support and training.
- Demonstrated ability to set up and disable accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to train over 100 users on the use of web conferencing tools.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues with web conferencing tools.
- Undergraduate degree required.
- Certified trainer in web conferencing, Adobe Connect, Skype for Business, and WebEx.
- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
