In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting comprehensive strategies to deploy intricate systems and solutions. You will manage projects from the initial assessment phase through to deployment and ongoing evaluation. Your position will require effective communication with various departmental stakeholders and executive leadership to ensure that projects align with overarching business goals. This senior-level role demands extensive project management experience, as well as the ability to lead diverse teams and coordinate multiple groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to design processes and procedures that meet their specific use cases and requirements.
  • Execute the implementation of complex systems and solutions that support organizational objectives.
  • Conduct initial scope assessments, define work plans and roadmaps, and oversee teams executing implementation strategies.
  • Facilitate communication between departmental stakeholders and executive leadership to ensure alignment in systems implementation.
  • Monitor systems post-deployment and generate reports that provide insights and identify areas for future enhancements.
  • Proactively engage with all personnel involved to foster motivation, identify challenges, develop solutions, and enhance efficiency.
  • Work closely with the development team to prioritize customer needs and create a roadmap for meeting those requirements.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously refine the implementation process and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development of support materials, such as user guides and FAQs, to facilitate client transitions to new systems or processes.
  • Engage with executive stakeholders and participate in steering committees.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to translate operational needs into effective technical solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience (preferred).

  • Proven leadership experience with strong collaborative abilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with quality management techniques and principles to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle and best practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present a polished and professional image to all stakeholders.

Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of seven years of experience in the IT sector as a senior implementation manager, including customer interactions, project management, and development.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in public safety, law enforcement, CAD, and/or RMS.
