Morph Management is seeking a talented and motivated Sports-Minded Marketing Assistant to join our growing sales and marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maximizing exposure for our clients' brands and driving sales through innovative marketing and sales strategies.
About the RoleAs a Sports-Minded Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for engaging directly with consumers to build brand awareness and foster customer loyalty. You will also develop and present innovative marketing and sales strategies to Senior Management, conduct thorough market research, and train new team members.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors and understand market dynamics
- Train and mentor new team members to ensure seamless onboarding
- Represent our clients' brands with the highest level of professionalism
- 2 or 4-year college degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or client-facing roles
- Background in sports, clubs, or team-oriented activities
