Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing and Business Development Departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, sales, and business development, with excellent organizational and planning skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a professional and timely manner
  • Develop case studies for proposals and marketing materials
  • Lead kick-off meetings, coordinating participants, agendas, and deliverables
  • Prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent assignments to deliver materials that communicate clearly defined messages, quality, and branding, while meeting production and delivery deadlines
  • Attend weekly business development meetings and update meeting minutes as required
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain, update, and design proposal materials
  • Assist teams in preparing for project interviews and presentations
  • Printing and organization of proposal and interview material
  • Generate general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, and graphs as needed
  • Provide backup support to members of the Business Development, Marketing, or Estimating teams as needed
  • Track past project data, leads, and opportunities and update and maintains the CRM database
Requirements:
  • Associate degree, in business administration, marketing, or communications or 3-5 years' experience in marketing, sales/business development administration preferred
  • Two or more years of experience in the construction industry preferred
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (specifically InDesign), Microsoft Office
  • Experience with data management
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials
  • Ability to multi-task, collaborate, be self-motivated, and organized
  • Excellence in proposal writing and editing, communication, and correspondence
  • Must be enthusiastic, creative, humorous, detail-oriented, motivational, flexible, and professional
