Sales and Marketing Director

Reports to: Executive Director, Camps Bernadette and Fatima
Job Summary:The Sales and Marketing Specialist & Resident Director is a key member of the Camps Bernadette and Fatima team, responsible for growing camper enrollment through retention and new camper recruitment. During the off-season, this role works closely with the Executive Director and other staff to develop and execute sales strategies. In the summer, the Sales and Marketing Specialist & Resident Director is responsible for all operational functions of Camp Fatima for Boys, including supervising staff and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for campers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase camper enrollment at Camps Bernadette and Fatima.
- Work closely with Catholic school and parish groups throughout the Northeast to create centers of influence for camper enrollment.
- Identify new geographic areas and communities for the camps to penetrate new markets.
- Travel to parishes, schools, and other locations for marketing and enrollment meetings.
- Supervise and motivate staff, including head staff and summer office staff.
- Develop and implement safety and crisis management plans.
- Prepare and conduct pre-camp and in-service training for staff members.
Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: 2-3 years related customer-conversion sales experience, with experience in a summer camp setting required
Skills: Superior interpersonal and presentation skills, ability to sell the camps and their value proposition to families, proficiency with social media and CRM, ability to represent the camps well in various environments
Personal Qualities: Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church, ability to live at camp during summer sessions
