We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Eclipse Enterprises. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the comprehensive administrative care of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire personnel administration process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide personnel data for payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Assist in the creation of monthly HR reports, highlighting key trends and insights.
  • Issue certificates and employment references, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Handle inquiries from employees and management, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Participate in the implementation of our new HR software, rexx, ensuring a seamless transition.
Requirements:
  • Completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in HR is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in using common MS Office products, especially Excel and Word.
  • Accurate and reliable in your work.
  • Communicative and a team player, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • High level of independence, responsibility, flexibility, initiative, assertiveness, commitment, and enthusiasm.
  • Good German language skills.
