Position Details:

  • Full-Time role requiring 40 hours per week
  • Standard work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Requirements:

  • All candidates must pass a background check and drug screening
  • A college degree is preferred, but prior experience in Human Resources is acceptable

Role Summary:

  • Assist the Director of Human Resources and Account Management with administrative tasks
  • Perform general clerical duties, data entry, and support HR coordination, including interviewing and onboarding
  • Maintain a professional company image through various communication channels
  • Engage with employees in person as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain files and records
  • Coordinate staff work schedules
  • Facilitate video and audio conference interviews
  • Welcome employees through software platforms
  • Manage employee time records
  • Create and edit documents using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Perform general clerical tasks, including photocopying, faxing, and filing
  • Maintain both hard copy and electronic filing systems
  • Communicate work performance metrics to clients
