Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant/Event Coordinator to provide administrative support to our CEO and manage various events and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and managing calendars.
  • Coordinate and execute events, including conferences, meetings, and other functions.
  • Manage meeting logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including investors, board members, and external partners.
  • Process invoices and manage financial transactions.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in executive support or event coordination.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
