About the Role

The Vice President, Enterprise Commercial and Governmental Contracting is a key leadership position at Children's Hospital Los Angeles, responsible for driving strategic growth and development of the hospital's commercial and governmental contracting efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency in commercial and governmental contracting
  • Lead a team of professionals in negotiating and managing contracts with payors, health plans, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth and profitability
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the hospital's leadership team on commercial and governmental contracting matters
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in commercial and governmental contracting
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial and governmental contracting, with a strong background in payor contracting and business development
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency in a healthcare setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field
What We Offer

Children's Hospital Los Angeles offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $245,000 to $382,512, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
