POSITION OVERVIEW:
We seek a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience across all core HR functions, including Talent Management, Employee Relations, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Total Rewards, and Compliance. This role requires a balance of strategic insight and practical execution to provide effective HR solutions that align with the company’s objectives.
HR STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP:
- Act as a strategic HR advisor, collaborating closely with teams to offer HR-related guidance and support.
- Generate monthly HR reports for the executive leadership.
- Engage with management during career development discussions to assist in setting career aspirations.
- Propose ongoing HR initiatives and best practices to align with evolving business needs.

COMPLIANCE:

TALENT MANAGEMENT:
- Formulate and execute succession plans to identify and nurture high-potential employees for key leadership roles, ensuring organizational readiness.
- Collaborate with managers to create clear career pathways and professional development opportunities for employees, enhancing retention and motivation.
- Conduct strategic meetings with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS:
- Communicate leave of absence information to employees as necessary.
- Oversee termination processes and conduct exit interviews.
- Ensure consistency and compliance in addressing employee-related issues.
- Implement processes focused on employee development and retention.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in HR.
- Experience managing remote, hourly, and contractor staff.
- Strong understanding of employment law at local, state, and federal levels.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting critical deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in multi-state HR environments is a plus.
- Degree in HR Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Advanced degrees or HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) are advantageous.
- Comfortable using HRIS and ATS systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Paylocity is preferred.
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

SALARY RANGE: $190,000 - $220,000 annually.
