Vice President of People & Culture

Reveleer is a leading organization in healthcare data and analytics, utilizing cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence to empower health plans across various sectors with enhanced oversight of their Quality Improvement, Risk Adjustment, and Member Management initiatives. POSITION OVERVIEW:

We seek a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience across key HR domains, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Total Rewards, and Compliance. This role requires a blend of strategic insight and practical execution to deliver impactful HR solutions throughout the organization. The primary objective is to ensure that the HR requirements of the organization are met and aligned with overarching business goals.

HR STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP:

  • Act as a strategic HR advisor, collaborating closely with teams to provide guidance, insights, and recommendations on HR matters.
  • Compile and present monthly HR performance reports to the leadership team.
  • Engage with management during career development discussions, offering advice on professional aspirations.
  • Propose ongoing HR initiatives and best practices to remain responsive to business needs.

  • Manage comprehensive employee review processes to ensure constructive feedback, alignment of goals, and opportunities for professional development.

COMPLIANCE:

  • Possess a thorough understanding of compliance with federal and state regulations, including ACA reporting obligations.

TALENT MANAGEMENT:

  • Develop and execute succession planning strategies to identify and nurture high-potential talent for critical leadership roles, ensuring organizational continuity and preparedness for future needs.
  • Collaborate with managers and HR partners to establish clear career pathways and professional development opportunities for employees, enhancing retention and motivation while aligning individual goals with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct strategic meetings with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business strategies.

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS:

  • Communicate details regarding leave of absence to employees as necessary.
  • Facilitate termination processes and conduct exit interviews.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance in addressing employee-related issues.
  • Implement processes focused on employee development and retention.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience managing remote, hourly, and contractor staff.
  • Strong understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws to ensure compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and meet critical deadlines.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in multi-state HR environments is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Advanced degrees or industry certifications in HR (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is preferred.
  • Experience in a Microsoft Teams environment is beneficial.
  • Prior experience with Paylocity is a plus.
  • Healthcare industry experience is preferred.

SALARY RANGE: $190,000 - $220,000 annually.

Our compensation reflects the labor market across various US regions. Pay is determined by several factors, including market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
