POSITION OVERVIEW:
We seek a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience across all key HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Total Rewards, and Compliance. This role requires a blend of strategic insight and hands-on execution to deliver impactful HR solutions that align with the company's objectives.
HR STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP:
- Act as a strategic HR advisor, collaborating closely with teams to provide guidance and support on HR-related matters.
- Compile and present monthly HR analytics reports for executive leadership.
- Engage with management during professional development discussions, offering insights on career trajectories.
- Propose innovative HR strategies and best practices to align with evolving business needs.

COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT:
- Possess a thorough understanding of compliance with federal and state regulations, including ACA reporting requirements.
TALENT DEVELOPMENT:
- Formulate and execute succession planning strategies to identify and nurture high-potential talent for critical leadership roles, ensuring organizational continuity.
- Collaborate with managers and HR partners to establish clear career pathways and professional development opportunities for employees, enhancing retention and motivation.
- Conduct strategic discussions with business leaders to align talent management with organizational goals.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS:
- Communicate leave of absence policies to employees as necessary.
- Oversee termination processes and conduct exit interviews.
- Ensure consistency and compliance in addressing employee-related issues.
- Implement processes that emphasize employee development and retention.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience.
- Experience managing remote, hourly, and contractor staff.
- Strong knowledge of employment law at local, state, and federal levels to ensure compliance.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or HR certifications are a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting critical deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong commitment to confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in multi-state HR environments is advantageous.
- Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is preferred.
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

SALARY RANGE: $190,000 - $220,000 annually.
