POSITION OVERVIEW:

We seek a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience across all core HR functions, including Talent Management, Employee Relations, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Total Rewards, and Compliance. This role demands both strategic oversight and a practical approach to provide effective HR solutions that align with organizational objectives.

HR STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP:

  • Act as a strategic HR advisor, collaborating closely with teams to offer guidance and insights on HR matters.
  • Compile and present monthly HR analytics to the leadership team.
  • Engage with management during career development discussions, offering support on career aspirations.
  • Propose ongoing HR initiatives and best practices to align with evolving business needs.

  • Provide recommendations on compensation, equity, and benefits strategies to maintain market competitiveness.

TALENT DEVELOPMENT:

  • Create and execute succession plans to identify and nurture high-potential talent for key leadership roles, ensuring organizational readiness.
  • Collaborate with managers to establish clear career pathways and professional growth opportunities for employees, enhancing retention and motivation.
  • Facilitate strategic discussions with business leaders.

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS MANAGEMENT:

  • Communicate leave of absence policies to employees as necessary.
  • Oversee termination processes and conduct exit interviews.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance in addressing employee-related issues.
  • Implement processes focused on employee development and retention.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Experience managing remote, hourly, and contractor personnel.
  • Strong understanding of employment law at local, state, and federal levels.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet critical deadlines.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in maintaining confidentiality.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in multi-state HR environments is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Advanced degrees or HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) are advantageous.
  • Comfortable with HR technology tools such as HRIS and ATS.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Paylocity is preferred.
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

SALARY RANGE: $190,000 - $220,000 annually.
