Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000

Position Summary:

Join our innovative team at Ace Industries, Inc. as an IT Systems and Support Specialist. We are looking for a multifaceted professional with a solid foundation in NetSuite ERP management, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint assistance. The successful candidate will oversee our help desk operations while delivering outstanding support to users across various IT and software-related functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help Desk Oversight:

Act as the main point of contact for IT and software-related inquiries.

Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring prompt resolution of user issues.

Track help desk performance metrics and produce reports to highlight areas for enhancement.

  • Internal Systems Software Assistance:

Set up and maintain the Ace customer portal, including user configuration and management.

Support the Ace dispatcher and time administration applications by managing user accounts.

Diagnose and resolve tier 1 issues associated with our internal systems software.

Work collaboratively with the development team to ensure seamless operation and ongoing enhancement of these applications.

  • NetSuite ERP Assistance:

Support our NetSuite administrator in the management and upkeep of our ERP system.

Assist with various tasks across different modules as needed.

Help in maintaining and updating documentation and process guides related to NetSuite.

Stay informed about NetSuite updates and best practices to enhance system efficiency.

  • Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Assistance:

Provide expert support to users facing challenges with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

Resolve issues related to collaboration, communication, and cloud storage.

Educate users on best practices and effective utilization of Teams and SharePoint features.

Assist in maintaining the SharePoint company site.

  • User Support and Training:

Help users with a broad range of IT and software-related inquiries and challenges.

Create and maintain user guides, knowledge bases, and training resources.

Conduct training sessions to improve user proficiency in various systems and applications.

  • IT Infrastructure Support:

Collaborate with the IT team to maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software infrastructure.

Assist in the deployment and configuration of new IT systems and applications.

Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in NetSuite ERP administration and user management.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, with the capability to provide expert assistance.
  • Familiarity with help desk management and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for both IT and software-related issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in developing user guides and conducting training sessions is advantageous.
