Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring effective communication and service delivery to both internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and fax.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding customer service inquiries, order statuses, and product knowledge.
  • Process customer orders, modifications, and returns efficiently.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints by identifying issues, proposing solutions, and making informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations Supervisor as needed.
  • Maintain and update the customer database to track account information, order statuses, and lead times.
  • Deliver prompt feedback on service disruptions or customer concerns.
  • Work in tandem with Sales Representatives on quotes and order statuses.
  • Promote a safe and productive workplace environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in the manufacturing or construction sectors.
