Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Director to join our team at Little Leaves Behavioral Services. As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical and operational aspects of our programs, ensuring the highest quality of care and services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage budgets for assigned centers, ensuring alignment with company targets and goals.
  • Oversee the clinical quality and service delivery of assigned centers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Lead and develop a team of clinical professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success and growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement marketing strategies, ensuring the visibility and growth of our programs.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of clinical records and billing documents, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, with licensure and Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing and motivating multidisciplinary teams, with a proven track record of success in clinical and operational leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, families, and staff.
  • Knowledge of best practices in ABA, including familiarity with CASP autism guidelines, state regulations, and payer specifications.
