Position Summary

We are looking for a Client Support Specialist to enhance our team. This role involves engaging with clients to deliver support and improve their overall experience. You will be challenged to understand our software and its functionalities to assist clients effectively. Our focus is on cultivating long-term relationships with our clients and consistently exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop expertise in our products with the help of internal resources.
  • Educate clients on product features and updates through virtual platforms.
  • Evaluate the current setup of Clinical Architecture products in relation to client needs.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and suggest solutions to enhance software performance and maximize client investment.
  • Proactively provide clients with insights on best practices and their application.
  • Document and communicate client usage and product performance to internal teams to improve overall service and sales outcomes.
  • Translate client requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries, both written and verbal.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and test software updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in SaaS, software support, or client success.
  • Experience in data analysis or informatics is a plus.
  • Knowledge of healthcare terminology is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
