Position Summary

We are currently looking for a Client Support Specialist to enhance our team. This role involves engaging with clients to deliver support and improve their overall experience. You will be encouraged to familiarize yourself with our software and its functionalities to assist clients in achieving their goals. Building long-lasting relationships with our clients is a priority, and we aim to consistently exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop expertise in our products with the assistance of internal teams.
  • Provide education to clients regarding product features and updates through virtual platforms.
  • Evaluate the current setup of Clinical Architecture products in relation to the ongoing needs of clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancement and suggest solutions to maximize software efficiency and client investment returns.
  • Actively seek ways to expand client understanding of best practices and their application in implementations.
  • Document and communicate client usage and product performance to internal teams to improve overall product and service quality.
  • Translate client requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries, both written and verbal.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and test software improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in SaaS, software support, or client success roles.
  • Experience in data analysis, analytics, or informatics is a plus.
  • Knowledge of healthcare terminology is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong commitment to ongoing learning and development.
