We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to enhance our client services.
A reputable logistics company is in need of an addition to their customer service department.
This role focuses on providing exceptional support to various business clients, both locally and internationally, by managing their shipping requirements in accordance with our service standards and client expectations. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as the main point of contact for designated business clients while also providing backup assistance for others as needed. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Responding to client inquiries via email in a timely and effective manner.
- Processing and modifying orders through email and occasionally via phone.
- Handling incoming calls from clients, dispatchers, and drivers.
- Utilizing a cloud-based inventory management platform.
- Engaging with a cloud-based help desk ticketing system.
- Resolving client issues calmly and efficiently.
- Providing occasional support to warehouse staff in picking, packing, and other tasks based on client and business needs.
Qualifications: A strong sense of responsibility, reliable attendance, and a collaborative spirit are essential for this role. Experience in e-commerce and wholesale distribution is advantageous. The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
