The Logistics Customer Service Representative plays a pivotal role in overseeing customer accounts and ensuring that all pick-up and delivery operations align with client expectations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing shipment details within the Transportation Management System
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborating with the Project Management team for the seamless onboarding of new clients
  • Engaging with LTL carriers and clients for effective freight coordination
  • Fostering strong relationships with customers to enhance sales opportunities
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Background in logistics, supply chain management, or transportation sectors
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a strong capacity to function effectively within a team
  • Proficient in TMS software and basic computer applications
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • High School diploma is mandatory; further education is advantageous
  • 3-5 years of experience in the transportation or logistics field
  • Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred

Physical Requirements: This position necessitates the use of computers and office equipment, primarily within an office setting.
