Key Responsibilities
  • Community Needs Assessment and Data Collection
    • Collaborate with our team to plan community needs assessments, focusing on Spanish-speaking audiences.
    • Assist in gathering and analyzing data from surveys, questionnaires, and stakeholder meetings.
    • Develop impactful reports on engagement outcomes, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Administrative Support
    • Maintain accurate records by inputting outreach and event data into our agency database.
    • Support the ordering and organization of marketing materials and promotional items.
    • Manage mailing lists and coordinate mailings.
  • Social Media Engagement
    • Contribute to creating engaging social media posts targeting Spanish-speaking audiences.

Requirements
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
  • High school diploma (Associate's degree preferred).
  • Proficiency with Google and Microsoft programs.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp) for community outreach.
  • Experience with databases and data entry.
  • Flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends for outreach events.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
Additional Information
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
  • Completion of a Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) check required.
  • 30-40 hours per week.
  • Full paid benefits are available.

Compensation: $20-$22 per hour.
