Job Summary

The Senior Administrative Assistant for Constituent Relations plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day functions, operations, and coordination of a department that cultivates deeper connections with and enhanced philanthropic commitments from alumni, parents, families, and friends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Associate Vice President for Strategic Initiatives and Constituent Relations and the Associate Director for Strategic Initiatives and Constituent Relations.
  • Interact with staff in the President's Office, Communications, the Alumnae Association, and colleagues within College Relations to support constituent relations activities.
  • Support the implementation of a broad range of constituent relations activities, including program development and coordination.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders to achieve departmental goals.
