Senior Administrative Assistant for Constituent Relations

Job Summary:
The Senior Administrative Assistant for Constituent Relations plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day functions, operations, and coordination of a department that pursues ambitious programs and activities to cultivate deeper connections with and enhanced philanthropic commitments from alumni, parents, families, and friends.
This position frequently interacts with staff in the President's Office, Communications, the Alumnae Association, and colleagues within College Relations to support the implementation of a broad range of constituent relations activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Associate Vice President for Strategic Initiatives and Constituent Relations and the Associate Director for Strategic Initiatives and Constituent Relations.
- Coordinate and implement constituent relations activities, including events, communications, and outreach efforts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with alumni, parents, families, and friends to foster deeper connections and philanthropic commitments.
- Collaborate with staff in the President's Office, Communications, and College Relations to ensure effective implementation of constituent relations activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
