Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports.
  • Manage customer inquiries and concerns, responding promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Perform data entry and record-keeping tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in an operations or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of associates.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
