About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive - Automation Solutions to join our team at Professional Recruiter. This is a remote work role covering a territory with little overnight travel, offering a competitive salary and a 30%+ commission program.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MRO products, technologies, and solutions. They will be responsible for fostering relationships with existing clients, partnering with internal teams to deepen relationships with key accounts, and conducting in-person client meetings to drive engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Foster relationships with existing clients as part of a global team focused on MRO solutions.
  • Partner with Account Management and internal Sales teams to deepen relationships with key accounts.
  • Conduct in-depth customer needs assessments to identify additional product opportunities for the company.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Familiarity with industrial products and technical solutions is REQUIRED.
  • 3-5 years of experience in industrial sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets.
  • Experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
