Brand Strategy Director

BGB Group is a leading healthcare communications agency that offers a wide range of services, including advertising, medical education, payer marketing, and consulting services.
We're seeking a highly skilled VP, Brand Strategy to play a leading role on brand assignments and new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic brand plans that drive category/brand awareness and growth.
- Collaborate effectively with agency leadership and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Lead the planning and execution of strategic client engagements, including brand development and communications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform strategic recommendations.
- Provide expert guidance on brand strategy and communications to clients and internal stakeholders.
- 5-8+ years of strategic brand planning experience.
- Strong analytic, communications, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of driving and inspiring sound strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
BGB Group offers a competitive salary range of $145,000 - $200,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
