About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled VP, Brand Strategy to join our team at DDB Health. As a key member of our brand strategy team, you will be responsible for developing and executing breakthrough brand strategies across multiple clients and brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead clients in developing and deploying brand strategies through an omnichannel approach
  • Understand and activate resources to execute brand strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and deliver results
  • Perform landscape assessments to identify market opportunities and competitive dynamics
  • Develop and maintain deep understanding of the market, customer segments, and brand differentiators
  • Identify and define unmet needs through curiosity and research
  • Develop brand planning structures, including unbranded platforms, brand personalities, and positioning
  • Support creative teams in campaign development and assessment
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare communications, with a focus on rare diseases and/or oncology strategy
  • Proven track record of managing launch and mature brand strategies
  • Understanding of omnichannel marketing and its impact on strategy
  • Ability to connect the dots across inputs to generate business opportunities
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for creating bold work that drives behavior change and improves health
