Executive Leader for Specialty Accounts

About the Role:
- Serve as a key member of the Reimagined Parking team, driving business growth and expansion in the specialty vertical market.
- Develop and execute long-term business development plans, leveraging your expertise in parking operations and technology to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the specialty verticals, negotiating contracts, agreements, and partnerships that drive revenue growth and market dominance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with the company's operational capabilities and develop comprehensive business development strategies for vertical accounts.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the EVP highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities within the specialty vertical division.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in parking operations and technology, with a strong understanding of managing and optimizing parking facilities.
- Proven track record of business development, sales, and leadership in the parking industry.
- Strong understanding of emerging trends in parking technology, data analytics, and integration with broader smart city infrastructure.
- Strategic thinking and financial acumen skills, with the ability to develop and manage budgets.
- Use of CRM tools to track sales pipeline, activities, and sales results.
