About the Role:

Shuka, a leading Eastern Mediterranean cuisine restaurant, seeks an experienced Executive Kitchen Leader to drive kitchen operations. Led by Chef/Partner Ayesha Nurdjaja, our team offers a unique dining experience combining bold flavors with seasonal ingredients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership in BOH operations aligned with Restaurant strategy and direction of the Executive Chef and Culinary Director.
  • Control scheduling and labor costs effectively.
  • Train and educate staff to maintain consistency of food quality and standards.
  • Manage ordering and inventory for seamless kitchen operations.
  • Contribute to maintaining kitchen facilities and equipment.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $70,000 - $90,000 per year salary range.
