The Impact You'll Be Contributing to

As a Growth Manager, you will take command of our client strategies and grow their mobile businesses. You will work with clients, sales, and cross-functional teams to identify and drive account revenue growth results.

You will help build and iterate on new products and client solutions, working closely with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams. You will also analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner Leadership: Manage relationships with key customer partners, oversee day-to-day account activities, and create campaign-specific client proposals.
  • Product Leadership: Maintain strong knowledge of our product and the overall programmatic industry, apply this knowledge to client conversations, and think creatively when approaching client product objections.
  • Process Leadership: Communicate effectively across mediums, adhere to timelines and goals, and recognize opportunities to streamline work processes.
  • Problem-Solving Leadership: Demonstrate proficient use of sales tools, analyze customer accounts, and translate learnings into clear, actionable insights.
  • People Leadership: Bring your best self to work, take responsibility for individual successes and failures, and solicit and give feedback.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of Mobile Advertising experience in Account Management in programmatic marketing.
  • Strong ownership mentality and an intellectually curious approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with big data, MMPs, mobile app ecosystem, and ad tech.
  • Growth-minded to thrive in a startup environment.
  • Exceptional data story-telling and client presentation skills.
  • Positive outlook, enthusiasm, and strong internal drive.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive benefits package and a base compensation range of $95,000-$142,000 USD. We also provide innovative benefits that empower our employees to take care of themselves and their families.
