About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our Education Success Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our education partners, ensuring their success and growth with our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive engagement and adoption of our platform among education partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class customer experience and drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders, including career center directors and administrators
  • Identify and address customer pain points, providing solutions and recommendations to drive customer success
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the higher education and career services landscape, including trends, metrics, and best practices
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and customer adoption
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address customer pain points
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
