About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Director to join our team at Early Warning Services LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Strategic Plans

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. This will involve working closely with our sales team, product management, and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted strategies to pursue them.

Build and Maintain Strategic Partnerships

Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients, including identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Lead Sales Enablement Programs

Lead sales enablement programs to ensure that our sales team has the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to effectively sell our products and services to key clients.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, marketing, and customer success, to ensure that our sales strategies are aligned with our overall business goals and objectives.

Develop and Manage Sales Collateral

Develop and manage sales collateral, including sales sheets, product briefs, and other sales materials, to ensure that our sales team has the necessary tools to effectively sell our products and services to key clients.

Provide Ongoing Coaching and Support

Provide ongoing coaching and support to our sales team to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell our products and services to key clients.

Requirements
  • 12+ Years of Experience

12+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.

Proven Sales and Business Development Skills

Proven sales and business development skills, including the ability to develop and execute strategic plans, build and maintain strategic partnerships, and lead sales enablement programs.

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with key clients.

Ability to Travel

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, as required.
