About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our Education Success Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our education partners, ensuring their success and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive engagement and adoption of our platform among education partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class customer experience and drive business growth
  • Provide exceptional customer support and guidance to education partners, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand our presence in the higher education market
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to inform our strategies and initiatives
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
