Sales Development Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our team at Infiniti HR. As a key member of our National Alliance Sales Division, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development, with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development
- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
