Strategic Sales Development Manager

Become a key player in driving sales growth and expansion at Helm Incorporated as a Territory Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to boost revenue, penetration, and loyalty of bproauto parts within assigned territories.
- Foster strong relationships with dealerships, distributors, and wholesale customers to represent and develop the bproauto brand.
- Conduct thorough sales visits, generate new leads, and coach dealership employees on bproauto products.
- Collaborate with dealer parts managers to maintain optimal inventory levels and facilitate retail, internal, and wholesale sales goals.
- Utilize Salesforce software to track contacts and interactions effectively.
- A minimum of 90% daily travel with occasional overnight travel depending on assigned market.
- Possession of a college degree is preferred, but not required.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong background in aftermarket or dealership account management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
