We are currently seeking a Senior Construction Project Superintendent to manage both new construction and roofing projects from inception to completion.

Applicants must possess a minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers and safety personnel to ensure the implementation of safe and high-quality roofing installations.
  • Interpret and perform takeoffs from project plans and specifications for new and re-roofing initiatives.
  • Organize workforce to establish suitable crew sizes for each project.
  • Oversee daily on-site management of assigned projects.
  • Prioritize schedules for multiple concurrent projects.
  • Coordinate material deliveries for all projects.
  • Verify inventory of materials received at project sites.
  • Engage in all pre-construction meetings.
  • Maintain continuous communication with clients regarding scheduling.
  • Facilitate final inspections with clients and manufacturers.
  • Complete project closeout documentation.
  • Ensure comprehensive quality control across all projects.
  • Assist with estimating as required.
  • Travel as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive field experience in commercial construction.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting specifications and blueprints.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Open to training and utilizing company-specific software.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
