Referee Training Program Manager

Active Herefordshire & Worcestershire is seeking applications for the position of Referee Development Lead, responsible for the oversight and strategic management of our Referee Development initiative.
This role includes the supervision of the Referee Development Officer and emphasizes the operational leadership necessary for the retention and advancement of match officials within the referee pathway.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of the National Game Strategy and the Business Strategy of Active Herefordshire & Worcestershire.
- Develop and implement strategies aimed at enhancing the registration, retention, and progression of the referee workforce.
- Provide line management and guidance to the Referee Development Officer in executing recruitment and conversion strategies.
- Contribute to the effective application of safeguarding standards.
- Encourage the integration of technology systems within grassroots football.
- Adhere to the established rules, regulations, policies, and procedures relevant to the role.

Salary: £27,000
