Job Overview

Conexon is a dynamic organization collaborating with Rural Electric Cooperatives to develop cutting-edge fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) infrastructures across the country. We are in search of a Program Supervisor to enhance our Construction Program Management team. This role is pivotal in assisting the Construction VPs, Directors, Regional Project Managers, Project Managers, and Program Directors/Managers to achieve project timelines aligned with client expectations and Conexon’s financial goals. We seek a meticulous individual capable of overseeing projects from inception to completion, contributing to a supportive and positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the program management team with project monitoring as required.
  • Develop, utilize, and sustain project management applications; create additional tools as necessary.
  • Establish and maintain database Statements of Work (SOWs) and anticipated timelines.
  • Deliver development milestone updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the entry of data into the project management database; ensure data integrity and timely updates.
  • Gather and evaluate data for various construction projects to identify patterns.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data.
  • Generate reports for senior management based on data queries.
  • Support the project management team in creating and revising schedules.
  • Address support inquiries submitted in our internal database.
  • Organize and lead client/vendor/team meetings, prepare agendas, document notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Oversee a team of construction program coordinators.
  • Assist in the development of process documentation and team training initiatives.
  • Achieve database certification and engage in ongoing professional development.
  • Contribute to additional tasks as our team expands.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Knowledge of Quickbase is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in a similar role.

Physical Requirements:

Standard office conditions apply, with occasional irregular hours. Most work is conducted on a computer, and some travel may be necessary. This is a full-time position.
