  • Manage fleet deliveries and assess maintenance needs in line with customer and manufacturing standards.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance and warranty teams regarding parts and payment processes.
  • Conduct quality inspections and vehicle assessments for customer evaluations.
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on product features, warranty processes, and procedures.
  • Lead preventative maintenance initiatives for company vehicles.
  • Act as a liaison for the sales team, assisting with service-related customer requirements.
  • Support sales demonstrations and proposals as needed.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, or a related field is required.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is necessary.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Salesforce and SAP is preferred.
