Position Summary

The Regional Training Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and executing all training initiatives within a designated area. This position is tasked with onboarding new managers and providing ongoing training for existing personnel. Additionally, the Regional Training Manager will support the development of field representatives.
This role is crucial in ensuring that all managers possess the necessary skills and consistent methodologies to effectively manage costs associated with various projects and team members, leading to successful outcomes. The position demands a blend of analytical and leadership capabilities, along with the ability to impart essential knowledge for managing daily operations in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote uniformity in processes with an emphasis on enhancing HR business practices
  • Design and present training resources aimed at:
  • Achieving profitable outcomes through high execution standards while controlling expenses
  • Organizing and ensuring adequate staffing for all roles to meet project demands
  • Recognizing performance issues by representative and region, guiding corrective actions to optimize sales
  • Assessing plan objectives, completion metrics, company protocols, and performance benchmarks of field staff
  • Upholding high-quality output from all team members consistently across regions
  • Assisting in the creation of tools to identify execution deficiencies, collaborating with senior field leaders to develop training solutions
  • Engaging positively with managers and senior leadership while meeting customer expectations and adhering to budgetary constraints
  • Fostering employee development and growth
  • Participating in the creation and delivery of reports to evaluate the effectiveness of managers and regions
  • Undertaking additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives
