  • Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to ensure business and functional requirements are clearly defined and actionable.
  • Communicate the product vision effectively to the team, considering the perspectives of customers, end-users, and partners.
Required Skills
  • Proven experience in managing and delivering product development and strategy-based programs, particularly those focused on data and data platforms.
  • A minimum of 5 years of recent experience in the Asset Management or Investment Management industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey project status, risks, and scope to clients while fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to drive decision-making, challenge scope, and present information succinctly to various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects within Agile (Scrum) and/or SAFe frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Visio.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of relevant professional experience.
