Position Overview
This role involves the receipt and preparation of orders, alongside the safe handling, loading, and delivery of products. The individual will also be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and operating tinting equipment, as well as assisting with scheduling, mixing, and color matching tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and finalize orders for delivery or pickup in accordance with the schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
  • Load and unload products from incoming deliveries
  • Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
  • Assist in planning delivery schedules to enhance unit efficiency
  • Provide assistance to customers both in-person and via phone by identifying needs and offering suitable products and services
  • Accurately process sales transactions in line with company policies and procedures
  • Deliver products to customers safely and punctually
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with supervisors and colleagues
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment while optimizing space utilization
  • Adhere to quality service standards and comply with established procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Ensure the stockroom is organized and well-maintained
  • Follow inventory control procedures and assist with bi-annual inventory assessments
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • Must be capable, with or without reasonable accommodation, of retrieving materials from shelves and floor stacks and lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service, retail, or sales
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a Sherwin-Williams Automotive Branch
  • At least two (2) years of experience in customer service, retail, or sales
  • At least one (1) year of experience using material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, order pickers, etc.)
  • A High School diploma or GED is preferred
