Customer Support Branch Associate

This role involves the efficient handling and preparation of orders, along with the safe transportation, loading, and delivery of products. The individual will also be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and operating tinting equipment, as well as assisting with scheduling, mixing, and color matching tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and finalize orders for delivery or pickup in accordance with the established schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
- Manage the loading and unloading of products from incoming deliveries.
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment effectively.
- Assist in planning the delivery schedule to maximize operational efficiency.
- Engage with customers both in-person and via phone to assess their needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Accurately process sales transactions in line with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of products to customers.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment while optimizing space utilization.
- Adhere to quality service standards and comply with all relevant procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom effectively.
- Follow inventory control procedures and assist with the bi-annual inventory review.
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Must be capable of retrieving materials from shelves and floor stacks and lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service, retail, or sales.
- At least one (1) year of experience in a Sherwin-Williams Automotive Branch.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service, retail, or sales.
- At least one (1) year of experience using material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, order pickers, etc.).
- A High School diploma or GED is preferred.
