Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall strategic and operational leadership to designated Care Centers and associated sites, driving annual revenue growth.
  • Oversee business development efforts and manage all necessary functions to ensure that operational, service, and sales strategies align with corporate and divisional objectives.
  • Supervise the comprehensive operations of the Care Centers and any associated sites:
  • Maintain full P&L accountability for the Care Centers and associated sites, including revenue generation, gross margin oversight, expense management, and tracking of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to meet financial targets.
  • Ensure the achievement and maintenance of exemplary standards in client care and relationships with referral sources.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications for Branch Operations Manager

  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a branch or department setting is required.
  • At least two years of experience in Process Management, Team Leadership, and Client Interaction.
  • Preferred: One or more years of experience in Business Development and Reporting.
  • Experience in Home Care or Staffing is advantageous.
