Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Legal and Administrative Coordinator. The ideal candidate should possess a strong interest in family law and demonstrate outstanding organizational and communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys in the preparation and evaluation of legal documents
  • Maintain orderly client files and documentation
  • Coordinate appointments and manage court schedules
  • Engage with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials
  • Support with discovery requests and responses
  • Oversee client database and case management
  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones and filing
  • Ensure compliance with legal protocols and office procedures
  • Prepare trial materials and assist during court sessions
  • Conduct legal research and support case preparation efforts

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a legal setting is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Familiarity with family law practices is advantageous
